Shipping Information

Orders will ship within 3-4 days.

There is a $6.00 flat rate shipping fee on all orders.

To view photos follow the steps below

*Select the Gallery button

*Choose the gallery or event that you would like to view. Some galleries will have sub-categories.

*To view sub-categories, scroll over the gallery or event. This will show the sub-categories for that gallery or event.

Viewing Images

*For a large view of an image click on the thumbnail or on the enlarge image icon.

*When you are in the enlarge image view area you can select other images from the

thumbnails on the left

*Move through the images with the left or right arrows located at the top of the page

*Or by clicking the play button also at the top of the page.

*Important -- The top of the page will indicate how many images and pages there are in the gallery that you are viewing. Some galleries will contain multiple pages.

Using the Light Box

The Light Box is a handy tool for managing and deciding on the images you would like to purchase.

*To use the Light Box you first must set up an account.

*To set up an account go to the Sign In tab located in the top right. Most people use their email address as their login, then create your password. After you have your account set up you can add favorite images to your light box.

*If you are in thumbnail view simply click on the add to light box icon below the image

*If you are in large image view go to image menu at the top of the page and click on add to light box.

*If at any time you would like to view the images in your light box click on the view light box button at the top of the page.

Ordering Images

*If you are ordering a product other than a standard print you can view samples in the gallery options.

There is two options for ordering images

1. In thumbnail view, click on the shopping cart icon located under the image.

2. In enlarge view , click on options and prices located at the top of the page.

*Click the down arrow on the right for options and prices

*Enter the qty.

*click on add to cart.

*If you would like to purchase another item click on continue shopping.

Downloads

*By purchasing an image down load you have full printing rights to the image. You can make your own prints, have your favorite photo lab make prints, have gifts made etc..

*All downloads will produce a minimum of a 8x10 print. Due to low and changing light when photographing some images may have more grain and may not be as crisp as others. The larger the print size or the more you zoom in on the image the more grain and softer the the image will appear. No refunds for downloads unless we deam the image unable to print a good quality 8x10.

How to get your download

*When viewing the image you would like, click on options and prices.

*Then select the down arrow for more options, click on Image download

*Make sure to only enter Qty. of 1

*Next click add to cart

*Then click continue shopping or check out

*You will receive a image key code by email and instructions with in 24 hrs.

*After receiving your image key code go to our websites main page click on Menu, download dock, and copy and paste or type the image key code into the space provided and click submit.

Please note

Unfortunately how our shopping cart is currently set up you will still be charged a $6.00 shipping fee. If the only items you have in your cart are downloads we will refund the $6.00 shipping fee back to your account when we process your order. All orders should be processed with in 24 hrs from the time of purchase. If for some reason you have not received your refund or image key number for your download with in 24 hrs. please contact us by email or phone (402-890-3891).
